Where do I find my gift card code?
Your code is included in your gift card email or printed card. If you can’t find it, please contact us for assistance.
How do I use my gift card?
Present your gift card during the checkout process on the day of service. Our team will verify it at your appointment and deduct the value amount from your final bill. If there's an amount due after the gift card value is deducted, you will be responsible for that portion of the bill. If there is a remaining balance on your gift card, it will remain on the gift card to be redeemed in a future purchase. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Can I bring a friend to my appointment?
Absolutely! You may book the appointment type that best suits your group size. However, please only book for the number of people actually getting the service, not "companions only". Proper appointment guest counts help us gauge the amount of time needed to allow for your appointment by knowing how many guests are getting a welded bracelet.

You’ll be guided through jewelry options and the process by our expert team. The experience is quick, safe, and personalized for you.
Is Lat & Lo personalized/coordinates jewelry available at my appointment?
Our Infinity Jewelry Experience is separate from our personalized jewelry sold online. Due to the made-to-order nature and time needed to craft super personalized Lat & Lo coordinates jewelry, etc., these items are generally not available for purchase during permanent jewelry appointments. How long does the appointment take?
Though exact times may vary, we typically suggest allowing 15-30 minutes per guest in your appointment to choose their chain and get it welded on.
What types of chains do you offer and what do they cost?
We offer a selection of quality chains in solid gold (14K, 10K), Sterling Silver, 14K Gold-Filled and our "Magic plated" Steel. Prices vary per chain style and metal choice, however, here are the average price ranges:

Our office is located in Jacksonville, Florida, near St. John's Town Center (about a 3 minute drive from Town Center, just around the corner on St. John's Bluff).

Because our staffing /hours vary based on appointments, we cannot accommodate walk-ins and require an appointment
